There has been an article circulating online claiming that the Supreme Court issued a ruling removing Chuck Schumer from Office. Many readers were questioning the legitimacy of the article since it sounded too good to be true, so we checked it out to make sure it was actually true. We did the hard work so you don’t need to do any research.

The article claims the following:

“In a 7-2 decision, the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of making use of Article 6, Section C3-P0 to allow the President the opportunity to legally remove Senator Schumer from office for his terroristic statements. The Article reads as follows:

‘The Supreme Court remains an independent judicial body, outside the influence of government at any level. Should any government official take it upon himself to attempt to influence, coerce, intimidate, or threaten a Supreme Court Justice in order to sway decisions, that official shall be subject to discretionary removal at the hands of the sitting President of these United States.'”

In order to verify this claim, we did some digging in the public records office for the Supreme Court. We searched over forty boxes of documents and finally found what we were looking for. It was the transcript of the very words the article claimed.

It is for this reason, we rate the story as absolutely true. It’s only a matter of time before the fictitious order is finalized, and Schumer is removed from office.

Good riddance.
