President Donald Trump has claimed that single term Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants wind energy that will ‘kill all of the birds’. Despite the fact that this is an absurd sounding claim, our fact checkers got on the case.
Having no plans on a Saturday night and armed with a Rush mix tape and a 2-liter bottle of Shasta, they found that Ocasio-Cortez does has a vendetta against birds of all forms that stems back to her childhood, making this claim:
At the tender age of 4, young Alexandria was at Riker’s Island with her parents on a sunny day. She had a double scoop of ice cream and was the happiest little girl in the world, that is until a seagull went for the ice cream and knocked it out of her hand.
At that moment, she swore that she would do everything in her power to rid the world of birds so this never happened to anyone again. This was also when she began her path toward becoming a full-fledged communist. The culmination of this plan was her election into the House of Representatives, where she has gained influence among Democrats to advance all of her pet projects.
Since wind turbines kill bajillions of birds every year, she has spearheaded efforts to move toward wind power to automatically do the job for her. Tax incentives to Popeye’s and Church’s Chicken to lower their prices are helping to make a dent in the flightless bird population. For good measure, she also hates the Philadelphia Eagles, Arizona Cardinals, and Baltimore Orioles.
It seems she’s got all of her bases covered, that is, except for you. You can do your part to remove this Congresswoman and her Democrat friends this November and ensure that there will be no chance that your government will ever work for you or anyone you care about.
