Fact Check: Yes, Newsom Ordered the Military Out of California

Recently, the shocking revelation that California Governor Gavin Newsom will close all military installations in the state and transform them into utopias for illegal aliens was first reported on the America’s Last Line of Defense network. Our fact checkers at Freedom Fictions immediately went to work to research this seemingly absurd claim and rated it:

The timing of this decision was perfect for the Governor. The Supreme Court has been fully tasked with defending the President’s interests and declined to hear the appeal of the case by a 6-3 margin, with Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Art Tubolls dissenting.

Joe Barron of our Nipinnawasee field office interviewed legal experts, reviewed legal precedent, and even read a little bit of the Constitution itself to get to the bottom of the legality of this insane action by the Ninth Circuit Court.

According to Constitutional Scholar Sandy Batt, the Federal Government is powerless to stop the Governor from taking this action.

“The Governor made this an open and shut case, citing SCOTUS’ interpretation of the Second Amendment. He made the simple argument that if the Second Amendment can be cherry-picked, then the others are open to the same type of interpretation. Instead of taking the last part of the Tenth Amendment, he went with the first. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right. Open and shut.”

Additionally, it is a well-known fact the State of California has dedicated itself to taking guns away from all citizens within its borders and providing benefits including free housing, medical care, and money to ensure that they live the most comfortably out of anyone in the state. It’s why their taxes are so high.

The best way to restore sanity to the formerly great State of California is to vote out the Governor this November.
